Welcome to FORESTed… a Forest School and outdoor learning specialist, passionate about engaging children’s love of nature and taking learning outside the classroom.

Welcome to our website. With over 20 years of education experience, we offer engaging Forest School sessions as well as bushcraft, beach explorer and outdoor learning opportunities. These can be linked to the national curriculum programmes of study from EYFS to KS2.

Mark is a level 3 qualified Forest School Leader and verified by the Forest School Association.  He has enhanced DBS clearance, full activity specific insurance and paediatric and outdoor first aid training. FORESTed is a North Tyneside Council approved external supplier for Forest School and also has permission to operate on the local coastal areas for Beach Explorer sessions.

We offer sessions on-site at your school or organisation. We can also deliver sessions at Northumberland College’s Kirkley Hall campus with its beautiful mature woodland. In addition we can offer Beach Explorer sessions on one of North Tyneside’s award winning beaches. We deliver Forest School sessions mostly in North Tyneside school’s, but we have also worked in schools in Newcastle, Sunderland, South Shields and Washington and are happy to travel to your venue of choice.

If you are in receipt of Sport Premium funding, it is applicable to our forest school and outdoor learning sessions.
